Address & Attempts

If given an outdated address, we will inform Client of our findings. If Client provides a new, valid address, there is a second address charge which is the same rate as the initial service fee.

There will be no refunds, so don’t ask. Even if the docs are non served, we are still spending our time and effort to help you serve someone and we need to be paid for our time.

Accurate Serve® of Ft Myers looks forward to doing business with you and our relationship is bound by these terms.

The Entity of Muscato, LLC d/b/a Accurate Serve® of Fort Myers and its franchisor Winston Honore Holdings, LLC d/b/a Accurate Serve® are released from any liability or claims that may arise out of using this service.

Our Process

Our standard rate includes four attempts of service on different days and at different times. Generally those attempts include an early morning, a late evening, a Saturday and another attempt as we see fit depending on what we have observed in our previous attempts. Each Client will be set up to receive automatic email notifications. If an attempt is made but the paper has yet to be served, the Client will receive a status report. For a standard service, an attempt will be made within four business days once paper is received. With that being said, we usually make an attempt within a day or two once received. After the papers have been served, we will follow up with a copy of the Return of Service (ROS) a/k/a an Affidavit of Service (AOS). Florida is an e-filing state, so the scanned copy of the ROS can be e-filed. The same remains true with U.S. District Court cases. We will follow up with our Clients to see if they need a tangible copy.

We specialize in Rush Service. A Rush Service is twice a standard fee. We make sure our Rushes are served right away and guarantee an attempt within 24 hours of receipt of documents. Some companies charge more for a Same Day Rush but that’s not our style. A Rush is a Rush is a Rush and we make sure to make it a top priority without charging our Clients additional fees. We charge a Rush fee when our Clients tells us to Rush the docs or if they serve ASAP. We also charge a Rush when there is a court date less than a week away.
